Shipping Methods

In PharmacyPure12, we ensure the prompt and safe shipping of your products throughout Greece. Choose the shipping method that best suits you:

1. Pick up from the Store

• Free pickup from our physical store at the address:
  📍 12 Eleftherias Street, Trilofos, Thessaloniki
• Your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
• The delivery takes place after you are notified via email that your order is ready.
• Your order is reserved for pickup from the store for 4 working days from the day of its completion.
• If not received within the above timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled without any commitment.

The final prices as well as the current promotions may differ from those of our physical store!

2. Shipping by Courier

• Shipping cost: 2,9€ for all of Greece up to 2kg. For each additional kilo the cost is +1.00€
• Free shipping for purchases over 49€ up to 2kg. For each additional kilo the cost is +1.00€
• Delivery to 1-3 business days, depending on the region.
• The cost of cash on delivery, in any case, amounts to 1,50€.

• For orders placed from Monday to Friday and until 13:00 and if the products are immediately available, then your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on the order load.
• In the event that a product is not immediately available, the waiting time may reach  5 working days, unless there is a relevant shortage, in which case you will be informed by phone or email.
• Note: Orders received Saturday and Sunday are performed on Monday.
