Returns Policy

In PharmacyPure12, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find all the details regarding our returns policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return of Products)

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of issue of the receipt, provided that:
✅ It is in its original condition, without having been opened or used.
✅ Accompanied by its original packaging, proof of purchase and any accompanying documents.
✅ It does not belong to the category of products that are not refundable for hygiene reasons (see below).

Return process:

• Contact us at +30 2392 065347 or via email at [email protected] to declare the return.
• Send the product to: Eleftherias 12, Trilofos, Thessaloniki, 57500.
• The return cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect shipment by our company.
• Once we receive the product and its condition has been checked, a refund or replacement will be made, upon agreement.

2. Non-returnable products

According to the law and for hygiene reasons, no returns accepted in:
❌ Pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements.
❌ Cosmetics, personal hygiene products, makeup and perfumes, if they have been opened.
❌ Specially designed products or personalized orders.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product damaged, defective or different from your order:
✔ Contact us within 48 hours from receipt.
✔ Send us a photo of the product at [email protected].
✔ We will guide you through the replacement no extra charge.
