Below you will find some frequently asked questions that will help you with your order.

✅ You can browse our online store, select the products you want and add them to your cart.
✅ Then, you follow the order completion process, where you fill in the shipping details and choose a payment method.
✅ Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping with ACS
  • Shipping cost: 2.9€ for all of Greece up to 2kg. For each additional kilo the cost is +1.00€
  • Free shipping for purchases over 49€ up to 2kg. For each additional kilo the cost is +1.00€
  • Delivery to 1-3 business days, depending on the region.
  • The cost of cash on delivery, in any case, amounts to 1,50€.
Delivery Time
  • For orders placed from Monday to Friday and until 13:00 and if the products are immediately available, then your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on the order load.
  • In the event that a product is not immediately available, the waiting time may reach  5 working days, unless there is a relevant shortage, in which case you will be informed by phone or email.
  • Note: Orders received Saturday and Sunday are performed on Monday.

You can make any changes you want to your order until it is delivered to the carrier. You can add or remove a product or even replace a product you have ordered.

In any case, the change can be made either by contacting us by phone or via e-mail. When you want to add or replace a product, the shipping time of the order changes as the process for the product you just added starts again. You can see details about the shipping methods in SHIPPING METHODS

📌 If the order has already been shipped, you can return it according to the Returns Policy.

✔ Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days.
❌ No returns accepted on pharmaceuticals, cosmetics & personal hygiene products that have been opened.
📦 Products must be returned in their original condition.
